Information Technology Support Assistant
Position's primary focus will be to assist the Internet Systems
Administrator. This will include, but is not limited to,
providing customer technical support in troubleshooting Internet
connectivity issues, and resolving email problems. Daily
functions will include working with Cisco routers, switches and
advanced network based equipment.

issues. This will include telephone support as well as being
hands on to aid in setting up devices.

SKILLS / REQUIREMENTS:
Must have knowledge in Cisco CLI.
