	Email Retention Policies are as follows:
	Inbox ............ 731 days (2 years)
	Sent Items ........ 181 days (6 months)
	Deleted Items ..... 7 days
	Junk E-mail ....... 7 days
	Barracuda ......... 7 days


	Incoming Mail Server: pop.harlanonline.net / port 110
	Outgoing Mail Server: smtp.harlanonline.net / port 587
	note: outgoing server requires authentication If you are experiencing problems with Windows 8, use the compatibility mode in the desktop option for IE
