Harlan Online Internet Service is available only to current Harlan Online customers. All services subject to various restrictions and minimum hardware
requirements. All connections to the Internet are subject to temporary
disconnections.
This Service Agreement states the terms and conditions under which Harlan Cable, Inc and Harlan Online will provide internet service to you at your home or business.
